For most medication, normal storage in the range of 59-86ºF is a great idea. This medication can withstand brief excursions to temperatures beyond that temperature range that you indicated and still be safe and effective. If you'd like to triple check with the manufacturer on the medication that you were specifically shipped, you can do so, as they are the only ones who maintain the testing and results of extensive temperature testing for your medication. You should be able to identify the manufacturer and their phone number on the packaging that your birth control came in. They would be able to check the lot and expiration on your pack to determine if the temperature was too cold. You will need the lot number (on your pack), expiration date (on your pack), and how long it was exposed.
